Silica Gel

Silica gel is a transparent, glassy granule usually obtained by reacting sodium silicate with sulfuric acid and undergoing a series of processes including aging and acid bubbling. Its main component is silica. As a desiccant, it has an average pore size of 2.4 nanometers and a strong affinity for water molecules. It absorbs water by physical adsorption and does not change its state after absorbing moisture. It has strong moisture absorption ability and can effectively protect food or medicine from moisture.
